Should there be any damages to the products themselves please document those and contact Sounds Of Science on
(Since we make sound absorbers that actually works they tend to be quite heavy. Thus the packages can look quite beaten up upon arrival – but we pack very carefully so the chances of the products being damaged is slim. But still: Document!)

Delivery times

We manufacture the products upon order. Some products, such as products with print or MOON which is complex and made by hand, takes a bit longer time to manufacture than others. Our goal is to ship smaller orders within ten working days and larger as soon as we can. If anything occurs that we cannot control with a resulting delay the customer will be noticed and the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and receive a full re-payment. Deliveries are always made of the full order. Part deliveries is only made upon request and brings with it added costs for the customer.

We will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction in order to provide the reimbursement, unless otherwise expressly agreed; under no circumstances will the customer be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that he/she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which he/she notifies us of withdrawal from this Contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. The cost of returning the goods is on the customer.
