We have made a lot of, more or less unusual, acoustic solutions for Skype. Together with the designer Monika Järg we, among other things, manufactured this pretty different sound absorbing creation where the foundation is our sound absorber “Hertz” which is clad in thick felt with red balls on top. The red balls, in turn, are filled with even more fiber. This in order to create a third dimension and balance the otherwise rather square environment in the floor coffee room. Possibly not for all but it sure makes a statement, while also improving the sound quality for those who are having a conversation there and for those who are working around the area.
